I was born and raised in Seattle, a city with a diverse mix of restaurants, including teriyaki joints on every corner. After moving to Florida I missed some of the tastes of Seattle. Being a cook, I began experimenting and developing dishes in my home kitchen. Sometimes recreating tastes I enjoyed, and sometimes coming up with my own mix of flavors. Now I have been blessed with the opportunity to share my love of cooking, and some of my favorite recipes, with you.
